Our packages are designed and QUOTED for 5 HOURS of service. 

However,  service time can be adjusted if needed.

*Events must be a minimum of 3hrs or a maximum of 5 hours to be considered


Alcohol is NOT included in ANY of our packages or services offered.

*Client provides alcohol, but will be advised on what and how much alcohol is needed prior to event.

#1 Micro Event 

50 guest or less

Service Details 


*​Mixing With Mel's services are designed and customized to accommodate all of your bar related needs through the package created below. With the option to add other bar essentials as needed. When arriving to any event the bartender will always come with professional mixing tools (cocktail shakers, strainers, muddlers, bottle openers, and ice scoops) to prepare cocktails.

Our main goal is to provide you with what you need! So, save the bar stuff to us, and go have a good time!

* For your guest under 21 years of age , or guest who prefer non-alcoholic beverages . Mocktail(Virgin) options are available!

TRAVEL Fee and EVENT Time:

If your event is 15 miles away from our home office , there will be a travel fee attached

Travel fee is . 63 cents a mile/round trip

* All events must be a minimum of 3hrs or a maximum of 5hrs to be considered.

PAYMENT and Gratuity:

* 50% non refundable retainer is due at time of booking to secure your date. The 50% non refundable retainer WILL  go towards the final payment . Once 50% of payment is received along with a signed contract , it will then secure the date, time, and package of your choice. Please note that all events will have a automatic 18% gratuity added to all created invoices.

If your event falls on a holiday or holiday weekend there will be an additional event fee of $150 applied to invoice

We position a small tip jar at the bar during all events. If you choose to opt out of a position tip jar there will be an additional gratuity price added on to the final payment .

Gratuity will be based on time ,date, and number of guest.
