Bar Service  + Packages 


*Mixing With Mels services are designed to accommodate all of your bar related needs through the package created below. With the option to add other bar essentials as needed. When arriving to any event the bartender will always come with professional mixing tools (cocktail shakers, strainers, muddlers, bottle openers, and ice scoops) to prepare cocktails.

*In any event services listed below  do not fit your specific‚Äč bar needs, contact us for custom bar service.

*When opting for a signature package, your beverage selections are NOT limited to signature cocktails only. 

Complimentary Consult is available by  appointment . 

For an additional $15 per person a tasting may be included during this complimentary consult. Mixers and garnishes will be provided during the tasting , alcohol is provided by the client.


TRAVEL:

Travel fee is required if event is 1hr from our home office in Winchester Va.

* All Services within the 1hr travel radius must be 3hrs or longer. Any event that exceeds the 1hr travel radius must be 5 hours or longer. 

PAYMENT:

* 50% of the Payment will need to be paid within 48 hrs at time of booking. To secure  the date, time, and package of your choice 


*If opting out of having a tip jar displayed during your event ( opting out will only pertain to weddings ) there will be an adjustment in service price based on time ,date, and number of people.

*Mocktail(Virgin) options available for your guest  under/ 21 years of age , or over who prefer non-alcoholic.

 



*Alcohol is NOT included in ANY of our bar packages or services offered. 

*Client provides alcohol, but will be advised on what alcohol is needed prior to event.

Is your bar already FULLY stocked with the essentials and you simply need a bartender to mix and serve for you and your guest?

This simple service package includes:

Bartender will arrive 1hr hour prior to get acquainted with your bar. Bartender will be ready to serve with all the necessary bar tools for mixing cocktails and to serve beer + wine.

#6 Cocktail Tasting

2 hours of service

5 people or more to book

$15 per person


This package allows you to enjoy a cocktail tasting of your choice prior to booking or just for fun! You can do the tasting within the comfort of your own home for an additional fee. Or schedule a tasting at our home office. Included in this package will be all cocktail essentials needed for your desired cocktail.

2) 9 oz crystal cut disposable cups - $25 and up 

3) Fresh cut garnishes -$25 and up

4) Ice  -$7 per 20lb bag

6) Organic fresh squeezed juices -$30 and up

7) Stage and design bar area $200( flat fee)
